Creator and Baker

My name is Rebecca and I started Flour & Water Bakery in December 2019. Being a mom of four, I wanted to do something at home while also having an outlet for creativity.

My love for baking started when I was a kid in my Grandma Betty's kitchen. I have slowly developed my decorating skills and really started focusing on niche creations.
