hello, there!

I am a self-taught baker and the creator of Flour and Water Bakery out of Camden, NY. As children, my sisters and I used to play “flour and water” whenever we visited my grandma Betty's, which was often. It was a tradition we shared and will always remember.  Now, I am creating memories with my own four kids, in the kitchen, while we enjoy something sweet together. 

I hope to create sweets that other families and friends can share and enjoy!
